Born to redefine
exhibition construction.
5 Reasons to Choose woodï
I rethink trade shows by combining design with systems, sustainability with emotion, and efficiency with creativity.
Circularity as a Service is part of everything I do. I make impact measurable and create spaces with a true WOW factor. My modular design makes trade show planning easier and turns every brand presence into an experience with lasting impact.
Limitlessly Modular
woodï is designed to be modular on two levels: system and product.
For organizers, exhibitors and spaces. I am flexible in use, built to last and create solutions with long term value.
A system that thinks ahead? Absolutely. woodï adapts flexibly to different requirements. It starts with a single module and can evolve into holistic spatial solutions. Everything can be freely combined, scaled and expanded across function, design and organization.
Every element follows the principle of modularity down to the smallest detail, enabling easy repairs, long term use and true circularity. This keeps formats, spaces and brands flexible, cost efficient and future ready.

What’s behind it all?
- Everything an event needs in one system.
woodï combines modular construction elements with services such as concept development, hospitality concepts, training and marketing activations. Organizers get more than isolated solutions. They get a system that can be reconfigured and expanded again and again. From carpet to truss. - Quick to implement, flexible to scale.
Intelligent base modules with interchangeable interiors enable customized spatial, stage and technical solutions. Setups can be adapted and expanded efficiently and systematically without breaking the system or having to rethink it from scratch. - Modular spatial formats as a building block system.
The system supports a wide range of applications, from exhibition and brand spaces to specific spatial formats such as forums, stages and presentation areas. All elements are modular, scalable and can be freely combined, for example forums as scalable assemblies with a stage, control area, furniture and technical equipment such as video, sound, lighting or AI interpreting.
Product Development
„Change by Design“.
Design as a driver of change.
Not at the end. Not as an add on. But right where change begins: in product development. Change by Design means using design as the starting point for transformation.
The entire value chain is considered from the start: from the scientifically based material inventory to use and logistics, all the way to returning materials to the circular economy.

Design as a Strategic Tool
At woodï, design is understood as a strategic tool. From the very beginning, material choices are evaluated based on origin, waste, water and energy consumption, while construction and system logic determine functionality, reusability and circularity.
Product development follows clear guidelines based on the Cradle to Cradle principle and the requirements of the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) and the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). These cover everything from material health and separability to durability, repairability and transparent documentation.
Wherever possible, solutions are designed to be tool free, interchangeable and ESPR compliant, making them easy to repair, adapt and use for the long term.
- Easy to repair: Individual elements can be replaced without replacing the entire system.
- Tool free assembly: Nearly all components use interlocking connections and can be assembled quickly.
- Adaptable in use: Interchangeable elements change the function, from a landscape module to seating, upholstery or a counter.
- Resource efficiency: Optimal use of raw materials to achieve high product quality with less material input.
This is how design with impact is created: durable, efficient and visually compelling. I am proud to have received the German Design Award.

Transparent Figures.
Clear Impact.
More credible. More economical. More cost effective.
I don’t believe in sustainability without proof. That’s why I make impact measurable, from individual materials to the entire event.
With a transparent material inventory and data driven tools, we create scientifically grounded data depth with clear metrics on environmental and economic performance. This makes sustainability transparent, comparable and credible.

Transparency builds trust and leads to better decisions.
- Transparency starts with the material. My material inventory provides the foundation. All materials are recorded and documented according to their circularity status.
- Making impact visible: With woodï.circular, I show how materials are kept in circulation. woodï.decarb makes CO₂ emissions transparent based on a clearly defined framework that enables comparisons and can incorporate future impact metrics.
- Comparisons provide guidance: Starting at the end of 2026, area based data will be available, from individual booths to entire events. I provide robust, scientifically based metrics on CO₂, energy, water, waste, primary resources and circularity.
- Measurable environmental and economic impact: I can already prove it today: up to 76% less CO₂* and around 25% more cost efficient compared to conventional exhibition construction.
*Comparison based on woodï booth spaces versus conventional exhibition construction at drinktec 2025, validated by myclimate.
Social Responsibility &
Biodiversity.
For woodï, responsibility is not a promise. It is a mindset. Biodiversity is the foundation of our shared lives and economic activity. It safeguards resources, health and social stability. Yet it is under immense pressure, and with it, the very foundation of how we live and work together.
woodï therefore sees biodiversity and social responsibility as a shared responsibility. This commitment is made visible through concrete initiatives, supported by fair structures and driven by the ambition to create positive impact for people and nature.
The so called Doughnut Economy provides the foundation for our actions within planetary and social boundaries.

Responsibility drives impact.
It shows in the respectful treatment of people, the protection of nature and the conscious sharing of knowledge. Our concepts are more than design elements. They spark conversations, express values and activate marketing by making topics visible at trade shows and beyond, encouraging dialogue and creating long term impact.
- Communicating and actively promoting biodiversity: With initiatives such as the seedling concept, we make a tangible contribution to reforestation and the preservation of ecosystems. At the same time, the seedlings are used as a targeted communication and marketing tool to make biodiversity tangible and spark conversations around it. In addition, the water dispenser concept raises awareness of the protection of oceans and water resources.
- Putting social sustainability into practice: Fair working conditions, transparent supply chains and reliable partnerships form the foundation of the woodï.versum. Education is a central part of our social responsibility toward our employees, our customers and, in particular, the next generation.
Sharing knowledge strengthens skills, awareness and the understanding of why sustainable action is essential to us. - Sharing and strengthening knowledge: Training and educational programs for customers, partners, colleagues and the next generation promote responsibility, expertise and sustainable collaboration beyond individual projects.
- Guided by clear goals: Our measures are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and support meplan’s objectives for transparent and measurable responsibility throughout the entire value chain.
Experience WOW in the Space.
Spaces can do more than simply function.
They can create emotion and make an impact.
At woodï, every experience starts with a clear concept and the question of what value a space should create for people and organizers. Spaces are considered holistically, from the initial idea and staging to the emotional moment and measurable impact on site.
Not as a series of individual booths, but as a holistic strategic spatial concept that guides and surprises people while increasing reach, dwell time and relevance.

WOW comes to life through three elements working together.
WOW comes to life where concept, staging and interaction come together: digital entry points, an engaging narrative, carefully placed highlights and spaces for exchange, inspiration and relaxation.
This is how space becomes an experience and attention turns into value creation.
I create spaces that offer an escape from the trade show bustle through design psychology, scenography and intelligent system design.
- Concept before construction: Every space starts with a clear idea and defined goals for orientation, activation and economic value.
- Experiences with lasting impact: Design psychology shapes perception, emotion and memory, increasing dwell time, interaction and recommendations.
- Scenography with a system: Creative staging meets modular system intelligence. Scalable, efficient and sustainable in use.
- Making brands tangible: Spaces become platforms for interaction, content and reach, both on site and beyond.
