A one of a kind 1,500 m\u00b2<\/strong> hospitality space was created for EXPO REAL<\/strong>, offering an experience for all the senses.<\/p>\n

From concept development and implementation to transparent sustainability reporting, the concept combines spatial quality with measurable impact. Its architecture<\/strong> and atmosphere<\/strong> leave a lasting impression, creating a space that resonates emotionally<\/strong> with visitors and has a lasting impact.<\/p>\n

The space is designed holistically, with emotional moments, intuitive visitor flow and measurable impact as its key components. The result is a multisensory destination with a welcoming atmosphere and clear relevance both on site and beyond.<\/p>\n

The food and beverage area is a place for dialogue, interaction and networking within the real estate industry. Sustainable materials, innovative technologies, circular economy principles and rapidly renewable resources combine a high quality experience with future readiness.<\/p>\n

Zoning<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The space is divided into a Cozy Lounge, Green Lounge, Community Area and Service Area. Plants, natural materials, flexible furniture and open room dividers encourage people to stay, connect and interact.<\/p>\n

Recurring visual cues, graphic displays and digital touchpoints throughout the halls invite visitors to explore the space. Additional seating and a semi transparent ceiling strengthen its spatial presence.<\/p>\n

Content Creation and Atmospheric Staging<\/b><\/p>\n

The content streamed to the screens is an essential part of the atmosphere in the food and beverage area. In line with the \u201cRoof Garden\u201d theme, a visual direction concept was developed that reflects the design idea and enhances the WOW effect.<\/p>\n

Using AI and carefully developed prompts, cinematic, Hollywood inspired clips were created together with an agency. This made it possible to realize unique scenarios that would otherwise require significantly higher production budgets.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

At wood\u00ef, we consider the entire value chain: from a scientifically grounded materials inventory to the use and logistics of materials, and their return to the circular economy. We also take into account the criteria of the Ecodesign Regulation, including durability, resource efficiency and circularity.<\/p>\n

Together with furniture manufacturer Rolf Benz, we expanded our Landscape series to include upholstered elements. The series offers a wide range of modular components. We also developed wood\u00ef Loop, a furniture collection featuring armchairs, stools and chairs. While its appearance differs only slightly from the Rolf Benz series, the limited-edition collection uses different materials and processes.<\/p>\n

The development of the new furniture was guided by wood\u00ef\u2019s principles. Rolf Benz contributed its expertise in design and furniture making, while wood\u00ef analysed and selected suitable partners and suppliers for fabrics, upholstery and other materials.<\/p>\n

This close collaboration resulted in a synergistic extension of the system, with the potential to be carried forward into larger production runs in the future. The new furniture will make its debut in the ROOF GARDEN hospitality area, complementing the existing wood\u00ef elements.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
